Profitability Ratios
Gross Profit/Sales = Gross Profit Margin
Operating Profit/Sales = Operating Profit margin
Net Profit/ Sales = Net Profit Margin
Net profit/ Owner’s Equity = Return on Equity
Net Profit/Total Asset = Return on Assets
Liquidity Ratios
Current Assets/Current Liabilities = Current Ratio
